Rituals and Ceremonies Samhain - Celtic New Year

Spiral Movement of Unity within its New Beginnings

Spiral Movement of the Tzolkin Red Wave 1 – Unity within New Beginnings

 Wavespell of the Red Dragon

Allow and Surrender to this Galactic Activation Portal Cycle of 260 days and nights.

Archetypes01.Red Dragon

Red Dragon is your Conscious Self – who you are and who you are becoming.

Red Dragon represents the root source of life, the nurturance and support of primary being, and within it are found the primal waters of unity. This is where your deepest roots receive true nourishment.

Red Dragon is the energy of form contained within the formlessness of the primordial sea. Primal trust means making choices with no guarantees, knowing that divine nurturance will provide what is needed for your journey. It means making choices moment by moment, implicitly trusting your innate steering mechanism of heart-knowing.

Primal trust implies surrendering to the will of the divine self, letting go of what your ego deems to be control of the outcomes in your life. It means deeply trusting the processes that are at work within your present spiral of evolution.

The energy of Red Dragon asks you to embrace the depth of your receptivity. Perhaps you have been taught that it is better to give than to receive. Giving is a powerful way to learn how to receive, but it is not the whole picture. There is a circuit of completion in giving and receiving that happens within you and in your external world at the same time. If you trust unconditionally in the giving, you are not attached to how the gift is received. When you freely give, you fill your cup with sweet waters, which you can then offer innocently and purely to another. Know, on one level, that your gift is poured out universally regardless of how it appears to be received. However, when the gift comes from the ego, it is limited by expectations and conditions. Love just is. It is neither given nor taken; rather it is simply discovered and allowed. The universe is an inseparable whole.

Part 3 – Personal Review of Journey through Viet Nam

Personal Review of Group Journey from North to South of Viet Nam

Part 3

October 2 to October 10, 2018

A thank you to photographer Bert Schaeffer http://www.bertschaeffer.com one of the

group members for taking the photographs.

Central South Viet Nam

Day 13 – Tuesday, October 2, 2018 – Tone 3 – the bond of service.

Today we traveled from Hoi An to Qui Nhon a bus ride of 7 hours along with various stops.

We stopped at a fisher village called “Sa Huynh” with its Palm Tree beaches and salt pans. Here many fisherman boots could be seen. It was nice to stretch the legs and enjoy the quietness here. We had a tasty lunch here as well.

Lang Chai

Along the way we visited the village of “My Lai” in Quang Ngai where the local people showed sympathy for the Vietcong. On the March 16, an American group of infantries went to a small village to revenge the death of there several soldiers. The whole village was slaughtered and homes were burned down, 500 Viet Nam people, from which the half were woman and children.  Whilst walking there the hairs on my arms went up and the Heart felt burdened that this could not have been in a state of normal sanity of mankind. There where a few tombs where here I placed some drops of the Essential Oil “Oneness”.

Photos taken by Bert Schaeffer http://www.bertschaeffer.com

We passed a landscape of many hills and beaches along the way to arrive at Qui Nhon  “Saigon Nhon Hotel”. The diner was one in silence as this day vibrated a tragic state that mankind could be faced with. Later that evening I went into meditation to send healing blessings to All that where involved in tragedies.

Day 14 – Wednesday, October 3, 2018 – defining the form of measurement via insight of Cosmic Order

This day we traveled from Qui Nhon to Nha Trang a bus ride of 5 hours.  We went on a boot ride in Lang Chai where we could literally experience the life of a fisherman. Somehow being on the water always relaxes me, the movement of the boat and the tranquil water.

Làng-chài-Mân-Thái-Thọ-Quang

We had lunch at a restaurant along the way to visit in the afternoon the Cham temple and Pagoda in Nha Trang. Here the Islam, Buddhist and Hindu many ling-ams are placed in the temples. From the 8 Towers only 4 remained. We were requested to wear a garment which was offered to be in a state of complete cleanliness for the Thap Chinh tower of the North. Outside on the grounds once again drums were played with classical dancing showing a part of history and honor. Personally, I felt uplifted to be here amongst so many tourists yet it did not have any affect on me which it normally does in areas of hustle and buzzle.

We arrived at the Hotel “Asia Paradise Hotel” for one night. I had a nice swim on the rooftop of the building. A good sleep and quiet dreams.

Day 15 – Thursday, October 4 – Tone 5 Galactic Activation Portal of empowerment and radiance to gather inner and outer resources within this transformational eye of the storm and Friday, October 5, 2018 – Tone 6 of balance and rhythm within the Universal Consciousness of Unconditional Love.

We traveled by bus from Nha Trang to Phan Thiet a bus ride of 5 hours. Along the way we stopped at the Mui Ne sand dunes. A totally different area from which have been through before. It reminded me of the area where I live close too named “Schoorl”. Enjoyed the rest stop here to breath in this environment.

We also stopped at a Pagoda made of sea shells. A true piece of Art. The Buddha and other sculptures here seemed to me very artificial but certainly done with artistic hands.

Photos taken by Bert Schaeffer http://www.bertschaeffer.com

Just outside of Phan Thiet we arrived at a wondrous location for two nights at the “Victoria Phan Thiet Beach Resort”. Such a luxurious Resort that is beyond what you ever dreamed of. I stayed in House 5 here for 2 nights of deep meditations, walks along the shore and swimming. My sleep was deep with the waves on the background. The first night there was a slight storm with rainfall but I did not wake up for this.

Victoria.2

The next day I walked along the seashore and went swimming in the pool afterwards. I was also called to go into meditation here in the afternoon and evening.

One of the personal dreams were Lotus Flowers on each chakra that opened to its core. A feeling that started in the Heart and traveled to the Mind. A remembrance of forgiveness and compassion flowed like waves through all the levels.

Victoria Phan Tiet Beach Resort & Spa

One night I also had a dream of the surgeon that did the 3 transplantations of cornea on the right eye how we supported and influenced each other along with the tour guide Elly and her quality to stimulate and uplift the group during the journey. Deepest gratitude.

Day 16 – Saturday, October 6, 2018 – Tone 7 to be inspired and align the messages that are channeled via the Ancient Trust of the Birthing nurturing nourishment.

From Phan Thiet we traveled to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) a bus ride of 5 hours. Quite a shock from the location of the resort to a gigantic city with all its traffic. On the way, we stopped for lunch

We had a city tour and visited the war museum which I did not enter as inner guidance told me to stay outside of these vibrations. We also visited the famous Post Office and saw the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Once again, we had the open space to be on our own to explore the city and stayed at the “Sunrise Central Hotel” Room 209.

Personally, I had to get used to this changeover and went into meditation first seeing that I go into a state of rigidity and be stagnate. In the late afternoon, I went to the local market which was down the street of our Hotel. I had a great fruit smoothie here and walked through the gigantic inner market. In this matter, I started to ground and anchor myself in the city. Later in the evening I watched the traffic and people pass by before I went to sleep.

Sunday, October 7, 2018 – Tone 8 to model harmony and integrity via the communication with Spirit.

After breakfast, we went on a bus ride of 4 hours to visit Cu Chia and Cao Dai to later arrive at Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) again. This time the traffic was less because it was Sunday.

Photos taken by Bert Schaeffer http://www.bertschaeffer.com

We arrived at the Cu Chi tunnels which this time I felt comfortable with it being in the forest area and the intelligence plus creativity of the Vietnamese during the war. Some of the group members literally went into the small tunnels to integrate this experience. I was very moved by the intuitive qualities of the Vietnamese and how they solved anything that was in there way for the safety of the family and support of the community. Everyone (woman and children) also participated in the building of the tunnels etc. Certainly, something I stored within to be in this state of support and development for the community and family. The strength of this Oneness certainly was an example for All.

From here we went to Trang Bang to follow a small ceremony in the Cao Dai Temple. This Sanctuary also honors all religions. I could understand the priests and priestesses in their mantra chant that they called upon “Brahma, Buddhist Masters etc.”. This temple was simple in its decor but none the less an energetic field.

We than took a small walk to visit the sister of Kim Phuc and the family home. Kim Phuc now lives in Toronto, Canada but still is very active in volunteer work. We first had noddle soup which is made of an old recipe of Kim’s mother. After this a video was shown of the story of the tragedy of the bombs that were placed here “Project Orange” which was presented by Kim Phuc.   We than traveled in the afternoon back to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) which this moment I felt more comfortable with.

In the evening, I went with other group members to a famous Restaurant Pizza 4 Peace which Elly, the tour guide, had recommended to everyone. We had made reservations the day before otherwise we would not be able to be seated and enjoy our meal there. I had a tasty pizza with some Elder Flower Cider plus a sorbet of fruits at the end. All satisfied within and without. Had a good night sleep as well.

Day 17 – Monday, October 8, 2018 – Tone 9 to realise the pulsation of intention of the Silent Sanctuary of Abundance

After a good breakfast, we went from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) via the Mekong Delta to Can Tho a bus ride of 3 hours. This time the traffic was very hectic in the City.

Traveling to the Mekong Delta the environment around us was inspiring. Many rice fields and completely different simple home dwellings along the way. We arrive at Cai Be a water city where we went on board for a boot ride along the Mekong River. We stopped along the way to visit a family business where rice cookies and candies are made. Once more all is done by hand work not much machinery here. We also stopped at a family business where they made the round boot and old craftsmanship that luckily still exists.

Along the way fresh local fruits were offered to us whilst we glided along the floating market. We stopped along the way to have a special lunch. Here catfish was presented in a very ceremonial way plus other dishes of fish. I myself had a vegetarian lunch but certainly enjoyed how others were very happy with the dishes that were presented.

We also went along the Vinh Long with its canals and creeks. Some members stopped over to a smaller boot to go through the creeks. Apparently, it was a very hot float here as everyone was totally wet from sweating.

We than went by bus to Can Tho an interesting architectural city to stay 1 night at the “Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho Hotel”. It had a lovely swimming outside and I enjoyed a short swim there before we all went to a restaurant in the city for the goodbye dinner. An donation envelop was handed out to the bus driver and Thamh with a speech from Elly. Later during the dinner Tamara one of the group members handed over a donation envelop to Elly for all her good deeds and expertise as a tour guide.

Had a good night sleep here and meditation.

Day 18 – Tuesday, October 9, 2018 – Tone 10 to produce the manifestation of seeding growth and development.

We left early in the morning to travel from Can Tho to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) Airport. First, we went on a boot ride to Cai Rang a floating market. This was a completely ride than the day before here you could see how the locals gathered their products for the day. Each ship had on its flag mast a symbol of the product they sold like Pineapple, Potatoes and Pumpkins. It was a gentle way to explore how these people trade.

Vietnam 2018 20 dag -8163

We than went back to the Hotel to shower and change for the flight to Hong Kong and onwards to Amsterdam. This was arranged by Elly with the Hotel owners. We than traveled onwards once more this time we also went through a flooded village where the river had risen over the street, highway and sometimes in the homes. They did use sand sacks but unfortunately this had no result. It was raining quite heftily in this area and as we became closer to the City of Saigon the rained stopped.

We were taken to the Airport for our flight at 19:05 to Hong Kong having seat 61 C now knowing who is seating next to me and around me. It was a good flight of approximately 3 and half hours. We arrived in Hong Kong at 22:40 hours. Once again, the instructions and the train ride was very clear how to get to the platforms for the next flight.

Day 19 – Wednesday, October 10, 2018 – Tone 11 to release that which no longer serves to liberate and integrate that which presents itself via instincts and body wisdom.

The flight from Hong Kong seat 61H – 00:15 hours to Amsterdam 06:40 hours local time of 12 hours went turbulent in the beginning to a smooth flight afterwards. Once more the service and comfort of Cathay Airlines was great. I slept a bit and walked through the aisles now and than.

Arriving at Schiphol Airport the luggage came very quickly so that I could continue to the Train that took me to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station. From there I went by Train to Alkmaar to go onwards by bus to Heerhugowaard. The temperature in Holland was mild about 19 degrees Celsius. Arriving at home enjoyed sending a message to daughter Jessica that I had arrived safely, then placed all the clothes in the washing machine, do some grocery shopping and looking through the mail as well. I went to bed around 9 p.m. Dutch time to adjust to the time zone here.

Deep Gratitude for a wonderful journey in Viet Nam with a group that made you feel at home and welcome.

Day 7 – Wednesday, September 26, 2018 – Tone 10 – manifesting perfection. Today we traveled from Vinh to Dong Hoi a bus ride of 4,5 hours with in between various stops.

Photos taken by Bert Schaeffer http://www.bertschaeffer.com

We visited a traditional Market which for me personally was a chance to see the local products and herbs. The richness of such a variety of wholesome food explained why the food in the restaurants were so excellent. I bought some fresh ginger and lime at the market place. Where the bus was parked a lady was peeling some pompelmoes (a variety of crossing of orange and grapefruit) very tasty. I skipped the part of the market where fresh meat and fish were stalled out. Even live slaughter of chickens and fish were introduced here because the Vietnamese only eat meat that is fresh not placed in refrigerators or in plastic.

On the way we visited a memorial monument. Here I placed some “Oneness” elixer for the monument and graves.

One of the stops was a boot ride over the Perfume River to the Phong Nha caves (Teeth of the Winds) which is referred to the stalagmites and river. We walked through the caves, a sacred place of the Cham. A feeling of resonance with the stone structures here went flowing through the heart center.

The bus ride went through the Ho Chi Minh route which was a connection between North and South Viet Nam. The grace of mountain landscapes, tea plantations and small villages were very inspiring.

Arriving at Dong Hoi you could experience how the Vietnamese have restored here many buildings after the disaster of the Vietnam war. We stayed one night in the Sun Spa Resort with a luxury swimming pool. I also went for a walk along the beach to end up in the harbor of the city. Gave me a sense of release to be in a quiet state for awhile.

Day 8 – Thursday, September 27, 2018 – integration and liberation

Another bus ride from Dong Hoi to Hue of 4,5 hours.  We stopped to see Moc tunnels and the memory monument for the fallen soldiers and Vietcong patriots. Here I placed some drops of the energy Elixer “oneness” at the graves of 7 woman.

Photos taken by Bert Schaeffer http://www.bertschaeffer.com

We traveled further to cross the Hien Luong Bridge that once was the boundary of the North (Red/Blue) to the South (Yellow). Whilst walking over this ancient bridge with its wooden pathway where also many holes in between or on one of the planks of the bridge a sense of fear but also courage to overcome this stirred within by taking every step consciously one by one. At the end, the statue of the Mother and Child certainly was an encouragement.

HienLuong and Ben Hai River

We than arrived at Hue at the Emm Hotel Former Festival Hotel for two nights. We all had a lovely dinner together and had a great swim at the swimming pool where we could hear the Feast of Equinox Moon around us. Children singing various songs via the microphone. A special treat to feel and behold.

In meditation that night I could release some old struggles within.

Day 9 – Friday, September 28, 2018 – Tone 12 discover and give expression and sharing with others.

Hue all day. We first went on a boot ride over the Perfume River to the Thien Mu Pagoda (The Pagoda of the Heavenly Lady). Here the Buddhism revealed itself and the ten kings of the hell. Wonderful to feel inside the feminine energy flow here.

We also visited the Forbidden City (Emperor Palace, temples and lotus ponds). Many urns – 9 in total of Nguyen kings with reliefs of power. In between was live classical music being presented. These vibrations certainly went through me while listening. It touched the heart, feet (grounding) and through my brains as well. The altars were fascinating, the palace with the golden dragon. The Emperor Theater was a delight to see the various instruments. Played one of the singing bowls that was up for sale. However, decided not to buy this one. The ponds of the Lotus flowers were a treat to go into the flow and movement of these surroundings.

From here we went to have lunch with the Buddhist nuns – noddle soup vegetarian with some salad and fruit. What I felt and noticed that this food was prepared with blessings. Afterwards there was an open space to ask questions. The teenage girls decided themselves to enter here some stayed for a period and others decided this was a lifetime flow. I asked whether they chanted the mantras 108 times the reply was that this was only done during the full moon. It felt good to be in these surroundings as I had joined a group recording various times with Buddhist mantras. This was a self remembrance of the experiences we shared together.

After the lunch, we went to the Mausoleum of the Emperors of Nguyen. There were 13 Emperors plus only 7 of them had tombs here or Lang, the other emperors died in exile or disgrace. The tombs where of Tu Duc, Dong Khanh, Thieu Tri, Khai Dinh, Minh Mang and Gia Long. Had a strange effect on me here like it was far away from reality but of course this is a personal experience.

Thamh, the Vietnamese guide, suggested we visit a place where the Viet Nam hats were made. Just loved the craftsmanship here plus also was shown how they made Incense sticks. On the other side, there were men making bricks via the traditional way. Viet Nam certainly is a country were hand work is much appreciated and done.

We went back to the Hotel to shower and relax. In the evening, we went with the group to the “Golden Rice Restaurant” for dinner. Very pleasant environment and fabulous food.

Day 10 – Saturday, September 29, 2018 – Tone 13 of coming home to start a new beginning plus celebrating that which presents itself.

From Hue, we went to Hoi An a 4-hour bus ride. We passed through various environments and country sides. Because of rainy weather we were not able to go through the cloud pass but certainly where able to experience this if we tuned in.

City of Tailored suits, dresses and leather wear such as handbags, coats and shoes/boots.

The dressmakers take your measurements and together you choose which material you wish for this. The next day what you ordered is ready for pickup in the afternoon around 3 p.m. I sat with one of the group members who ordered a back pack for herself to see how this process is done professionally. A great experience to behold that this old trade is still in the market.

The Ancient town of Hoi An was the international trading center in Southern Viet Nam. Foreign merchant ships came to Hoi An in great numbers for annual commercial fairs, each lasted from 4 to 6 months. Right in this town, Japanese, Chinese, Dutch, Indian traders set up their emporiums or established their own quarters for permanent habitation. It has an unique concentration of architectural monuments of various forms: living house, assembly hall, communal house, pagoda, shrine, temple, water well, bridge, market, wharf which have been preserved. It is a good example of symbolic oriental cities in the Middle Age.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the Thuy Dong 3 Hotel with swimming pool and your own balcony. We had a short walk through the city and were handed over a city ticket so we could visit assembly halls, old house, communal houses, museums and Traditional Art Performance House. I felt very much at home here.

This night we shared dinner together and the rest of the two days we had the open space to discover whatever drew us.

Day 11 – Sunday, September 30, 2018 – Tone 1 initiating new creations with an Overall Vision.

After breakfast, I went to See the Hoi An Traditional Art Show by using one of the tickets of the City (see also

https://crystallinerainbowbridgercarlaharren.com/2018/09/30/vision-in-hoi-an-vietnam-september-30-2018/

I was very moved by this classical music, ballet and the story it was relating. Enjoyed singing together the Blue Danude.

Later in the morning after a visit to the market wen to Hai Nam Assembly Hall. An Elderly lady with her husband offered 2 pieces of pompelmoes to each with them. In returned I offered a date and nut bar. She quickly went with it somewhere maybe an offering for the altar. Unfortunately, she did not speak English so I could not ask where she went off too. I just allowed and surrendered to the flow there in gratitude for this sharing together. There was also some art work there as well which also touched this message of home coming.

I had a cup of fresh peppermint tea along with carrot cake and bought some Essential Orange Oil at the restaurant.

Some other group members went on a bicycle ride in the surroundings in the morning.

In the afternoon within deep gratitude I received a massage combination of “Hui, Aroma and Hot Stones”. First my feet went into a hot bath of flowers to relax and go out of the mind set. It was an amazing experience whilst I went deeper and deeper into meditation with this treatment. Was acquainted with Ho Chi Min flow and past life in this area. I shared a huge hug with the lady that performed this massage so professionally and with such grace. It truly felt like a home coming.

Day 12 – Monday, October 1, 2018 – Tone 2 to work together via the Divine Inner Guidance and its messages.

Hereby some photographs taken by Bert Schaeffer. http://www.bertschaeffer.com

After a great breakfast with lots of food to choose from I went to walk along the boulevard with its Sculpture Park inspired by the creativity there. I walked further to the left and came to the Lune Performing Center where they were practicing inside with the drum beats for the show in the evening. I sat in silence for awhile to allow it to surge through me. Felt very grounded and anchored after this. I decided once more to go to the Traditional Art Performance again were this time other group members were also enjoying the show in the morning. They also loved it as well. One of the group lady members met some people that were also traveling from her hometown but with another travel agency. They exchanged hugs and she at the end won a pink lantern as well. I was so happy for her that she was brought into the spotlight as this encouraged her that she had made the right choice to go on the group journey in Viet Nam. Every day we would have a conversation in the morning whilst I listened to her experiences.

Photos taken by Bert Schaeffer http://www.bertschaeffer.com

I also went into GAM Gemstones Art Museum enjoying the linkage I have with stones and crystals. After this I met a disabled man who sold a book “Perfect Spy – The Incredible Double Life of Pham Xuan An”. I also visited a shop who sold various oils and purchased Coconut Oil, Neroli massage oil and Ylang Ylang massage oil. I skipped lunch and had a nice vegetarian sandwich for dinner. My body felt like it needed a break with digesting all the lovely food I had eaten lately.

North Viet Nam

Day 1 – Thursday, September 20, 2018 – The Journey started from 09:00 the bus ride from Heerhugowaard to Alkmaar than the train to Schiphol Airport. First stop was to the bank to exchange 500 Euro’s to Viet Nam Dong – 11,000,000. Strange to have such an amount of money in my wallet – the illusion of being a millionaire.

The flight with Cathay Pacific Airways, Amsterdam 13:10 to Hanoi 06:20 local time, seat 60 C, was very comfortable and well taken care of everyone that was seated in the airplane. Good vegetarian meals (2) but somehow, I had some pain in my stomach which later gave release via the bowels. Good to get rid of tensions which had gathered in the subconsciousness towards the consciousness.

Personal note: The spiral movement via the Tzolkin Calendar of Tone 4 (self-existing to define the form via measurement of action) resonates in the center with Chicchan, Red Serpent (follow your instincts and body wisdom which vibrates on the personal galactic pathway of the North – Higher Self with Divine Guidance) plus the Imix, Red Dragon which resonates on the Personal Galactic Pathway in the center, Tone 13 of Coming Home to giving birth to start a new beginning of Ancient Trust within Ancient Waters. Also, this had in the South – Cib, Yellow Warrior of Divine Intelligence and Inner Guidance which is the Personal Year vibration for Carla. All within all a listening to intuition why the decision and step was made to go to Viet Nam on this group journey for 21 days.

Day 2 – Friday, September 21, 2018 – Arrived the next day at Hong Kong. A large airport with good transportation from platforms via a metro train system. It was clear how to follow the instructions. Here is were I first met two young people (around 23 years of age) that were also in the group of 30. It was there first group journey and we had a relaxing conversation together.   Felt very good to greet them.

From Hong Kong (08:40 hours) to Hanoi (09:55 hours) with Dragon Air (Cathay Airways), a smaller airplane, Seat 36 G. We were met by Elly (Fox guide) and Thamh (guide from Buffalo Travel) to drive with two Vietnamese bus drivers to the Hotel in Hanoi. A very nice temperature of 35 degrees Celsius with some Humidity welcomed us all. Elly explained a few things along the way about finances and to drink lots of water during the journey plus 1 can of Cola everyday. Enjoyed the open space to shower and meditate in Room 226 of Hoa Binh Hotel before the welcome diner in a Restaurant.

The positive flow of traveling with a Tourist Agency is that there is no stress involved for looking for transportation to the Hotel and the check-in. It all is arranged beforehand.

A good flow was at the diner with the 30 people of various ages that traveled together. We first paid for the entrance fees that we were going too plus the tips everywhere plus for the two bus drivers and Thamh. The bus drivers had arranged that we could buy soft drinks, water and beer in the Bus. Along with this we were offered to take part in sharing meals (mostly lunch and dinner) for the journey of 19 days of the amount of Euro 160,00. Seems like a very small charge compared to what we would pay here in The Netherlands. Excellent vegetarian meals for myself and for others, meals with fish, pork and beef etc. The breakfast at every Hotel was enormous offering all kinds of variety for all countries and there eating habits.

Personal note: This was in the flow of Cimi, White World bridger to release what no longer served and along with an opportunity to go into the flow of Wholeness within One. For me this was a lesson and development in allowing and surrendering to a group flow. Great to meet group members during dinner and exchange conversations to get to know each other. Beautiful heart connections were shared.

Day 3 – Saturday, September 22, 2018 – Equinox – Tone 6 resonating the organization of balance within equality.

Thamh, the Vietnamese guide, explained the tradition of the Equinox in his country which is mainly a feast for children shared with their parents. A special cake was made for this and this feast lasts for 9 days.

After breakfast, we traveled through the city by “cyclo” a bicycle taxi – noticing the old quarters and street life in Hanoi also going through the Market as well. My first feeling here was of decadency – sitting here looking around the city. Later I realized it gave someone an opportunity to work and share his city with a wonderful smile to go along with it.

By bus we went to visit the Mausoleum of Ho Chi Minh Complex. This was very well organized and structured. I could feel the protective bubble field before we entered the Mausoleum were many guards where present. A deep silence emerged. Elly had explained before hand that this was not the wish of Ho Chi Minh he would have rather be cremated but the community decided otherwise in honor and respect of his achievement for the people and the country. After this we had some open space to explore the premises. I was lead to a pathway of various trees where I could feel the silence of a meditative state with every step that I took. Than from here I visited the home where Ho Chi Minh stayed in. Very simple and a great reflection of the inner soul of this man. From here most of the group went to the temple or pagoda that was also on the grounds. Whilst walking on the steps towards this I also experienced a deep connection with this sacred place.

Once again in the bus we went to the Prison were many where mistreated which I did not enter as the vibes here guided me to stay away. I sat in silence with Elly and Thamh as the previous vibrations called to be integrated in self remembrance.

We than all had a gorgeous lunch at a restaurant where once more I was surprised by the talent of cooking vegetarian food in Viet Nam.

We than went to a Water Puppet Theater show. Especially the precious classical music was very meditative and supportive in this step by step accomplishment of Manik, Blue Hand and healing qualities. The Ancient History Story was very impressive but went so quickly that I could not catch what was being related.  On the other hand, later in meditative state in the Hotel Room able to understand the core of it. The Ancient Waters that were guided by the human hands that bridge, mend, support and lend is one of the main aspects of the heart that flows so well in this country amongst all the people who live here along with the tourists that visit here. It touches All very deeply in this sharing of feelings and mind state.

Day 4 – Sunday, September 23, 2018 – Tone 7 to be inspired as a channel to align with Source from Pure Heart Love in Harmony of Universal Consciousness and Unconditional Love.

We left Hanoi to travel by bus (4 hours) to Halong Bay to go on a Emeraude Cruise. Having a short stop along the way and visiting a Pearl Oyster Establishment. Amazing to watch how this is done.

The environment and nature of the countryside with its artistic rock formations are fascinating. We arrived in the afternoon to go on board. I could see various figures in the stones especially of Ancient Ones.

We had a great lunch on board whilst the ship was sailing along the waters. It certainly gave a spark of enjoying the peaceful waters of innocence and calmness.

In the late afternoon, some of the group members also took the opportunity of canoing as well to go to a pearl oyster farm in the middle of the sea.

We had a wonder diner and watched the sunset on deck to later sleep in the motion of the waves.

Personal note: The name of the cruise ship “Emeraude” reminded me of the gemstone “Emerald”. Called the “Stone of Successful Love,” Emerald opens and nurtures the heart and the Heart Chakra. Its soothing energy provides healing to all levels of the being, bringing freshness and vitality to the spirit. A stone of inspiration and infinite patience, it embodies unity, compassion and unconditional love. Emerald promotes friendship, balance between partners, and is particularly known for providing domestic bliss, contentment and loyalty. It was dedicated in the ancient world to the goddess Venus for its ability to insure security in love. [Melody, 257][Hall, 126][Ahsian, 148][Gienger, 36][Mella, 84]

Day 5 – Monday, September 24, 2018 – Tone 8 harmonizing in integrity.

On board, the “Emeraude” we woke up early (06:00 hours) to see the sunrise amongst the love of these natural surroundings. Some people of the group were also up as well to take some photographs. Personally, I am not one to take pictures but certainly enjoyed the professional enthusiasm of group members in this. Always love it when artistic talents come forward.

We enjoyed the tai chi lesson that was given to greet the sunrise of the day as well via a woman teacher. The grace and beauty of her movements were very inspiring.

After this coffee and muffins were served seeing we were going to have a brunch on board later in the morning. There was also an opportunity to go by a small boat to a beach where we could swim in the salty sea there. Some others of the group climbed one of the rocks to take a view from there. Really enjoyed the relaxation of swimming in these warm waters.

After a nurturing brunch, we went off board of the cruise ship to travel by bus (4,5 hours) to Ninh Binh. We drove along rice fields, tobacco plantations and small vegetable farms.

Along the way we stopped for a small boot ride through the country side. The Woman peddled the oars with there feet and we also went through a cave as well. An harmonizing feeling within was felt as we flowed over the river here with many lotus flowers around us plus some butterflies and seeing goats along the rock formations and buzzards to guide our way.

The only negative vibrations were that the woman we were in the boat with was doing her up most to sell her goods in every possible way. At the end before we returned to the starting point I was in a state of going into an aggressive action when she finally handed over her goods to another boot to a woman there to be able to sell the goods. On the way, back I just ignored her totally which was the only means of releasing the aggression inside myself towards her.

We than went onwards by bus to arrive at Ninh Binh “Hoang Son Peace Hotel” to have dinner together. It also had a lovely swimming pool on the third floor were many of us had a swim or relaxed in the waters to meet and greet each other. The swimming pool was build outdoors of the building so the climate was warm and comforting as well. We could hear children and others celebrating the feast of equinox.

In meditation in the evening in my room the intention was one of forgiveness and compassion to support this purification via the emotional universal waters. I could feel once more the balance being restored on all levels.

Day 6 – Tuesday, September 25, 2018 – Full Moon – Tone 9 to realize the pulsation of intention of loyalty of the Heart in all relationships.

We traveled from Ninh Binh via Tam Coc to Vinh (4 hours bus ride).

In the early morning, I went to swim in the Pool once more to welcome the Full Moon messages. After this I went to have breakfast seeing we did not leave here until 10:30. Some of the group members went by bicycle along the countryside together with Thamh, the Vietnamese Guide.

Together with Elly, the Fox guide and Bert, one of the group members, we went by bus to Vinh. Here once again the woman where up to sell their goods and massages. Elly and I made it clear we were not interested. Bert allowed one of the woman to massage him. She was very good in doing this. We than met the others who came back from the bicycle journey and their great stories.

From here we went to walk to the Vinh Buddhist Ancient Pagoda. I was attracted to go inside to attune and align with the singing bowl there. I asked permission of the bowl and played it. After this I went into the garden where the Buddhist lived and worked. It was a very peaceful surrounding to be taking steps through the gardens there. It reminded me of a previous life.

After this we had lunch with the group at a restaurant. We than went for another boat ride through landscapes of rice fields and steep rock walls.

We than went further by bus to arrive at the Hotel “Saigon Kim Lien Resort” in Vinh. We all had a lovely dinner afterwards a gratitude environment for a swim in the pool near the beach. Most of the group members where in the pool and we had some conversations.

Had a good meditation in the evening with deep healing on various levels and a great sleep.

Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.

Story of the Betel Leaf and the Areca Nut

Areca Nut.1

There were two twin brothers of the Cao family. Tan was the older brother and Lang was the younger. They were schooled by a Taoist named Chu Chu who had an eighteen-year old daughter. He then married her to Tan, and the young coupled lived happily together.

However, Lang felt less close to his brother now that he was married. In fact, this emptiness hit Lang so hard that he left his house and started wandering around the country.

He reached a large river and could not cross it. There was not even a small boat anywhere nearby to transport him to the other side. He was so sad that he sat down and wept until he died. After his death, Lang was transformed into a limestone lying by the river. Troubled by the long absence of his brother, Tan went out to look for him. When he reached the riverside, he sat on the limestone and died of exhaustion. He was transformed into an areca tree.

Areca Nut.1

His young wife in turn was upset by the long absence of her husband and went out to search for him. She reached the place where the areca tree grew, leaned against it and died. She was transformed into a plant with large piquant leaves which climbed on the areca tree.

Betel Leaf

Hearing of this tragic love story, local residents set up a temple in their memory.

One day, King Hung went by the site and heard the story from the local people. He ordered his men to take and grind together a leaf of betel, an areca nut and a piece of lime. Juice as red as human blood was squeezed out from the melange. He tasted the juice and found it delicious. Then he recommended the use of betel chewed along with areca nut and lime at every ceremony.

Areca Nut

From this time on, chewing betel became a custom for Vietnamese, and very often they begin their conversations with a quid of betel.

The Moon Boy – Vietnamese Story

The Legend of the Moon Boy

Moon Boy Cuoi

A long time ago there was a clever boy whose name was Cuoi. He did nothing with his cleverness but played tricks on people around him, especially his uncle and aunt who he lived with.

One day Cuoi came to the field and broke the bad news to the uncle that his wife had fallen down from the ladder and was hurt. The man was so frightened for his wife that he got up and ran to his home. Cuoi, however, took a short cut and reached the house before his poor uncle. He then told his aunt that her husband had been gored by a buffalo and had died. The poor woman dropped everything and ran out to the field. On the way, the two distraught husband and wife bumped into each other, each sweating and panting from all their running. The couple decided to punish Cuoi by putting him inside a bamboo cage and setting it adrift on the river.

Many years later, Cuoi married a girl in the village but he did not change. He kept on playing tricks on people. One morning he went into the forest and saw a tiger mother plucking leaves from a tree to cure her cub’s wound. Cuoi took the opportunity to uproot the tree and re-planted it in the garden behind his house. He called the tree “Banyan” and took good care of it. He always reminded his wife that the tree was magic so she should never pour dirty water or place garbage at its roots otherwise it would fly to the heavens. His poor wife became jealous of the tree that Cuoi took such good care of and one day, she dumped garbage at the root of the tree.

When Cuoi came home he found the tree shaking and rising higher and higher in the sky. He tried to hold on to its roots to pull it back down but he could not. The tree actually pulled him up farther and farther from the earth until it reached the moon.

It is said that if you look up at the moon, there is still an image of Cuoi sitting at the root of the banyan tree and looking down on the world. There is also a Vietnamese expression: “to lie like Cuoi”.
