The White spiral movement energy is of refining and deepening of this wave. It brings you more into depth and invites you to explore and discover the spiritual dimensions. Whatever you discover can be used to help others and to bring balance. Take good care of yourself. It is important that you feel safe in Wholeness so that the deeper layers within can come forward to follow your passageway. Let go what no longer serves the Source or Highest Good, so that there is an open space for possibilities. Maybe you can feel resistance. This is the deeper resistance that we often have towards changes. That is a human tendency, so just accept this, it is as it is. As soon as you acknowledge this, you can feel already that there is enlightenment. It may be as it is. It is just by this that you can let go or that the resistance no longer has a hold on you. Feelings of forgiveness, liberation and balance will than replace this.

Life gives you the power to put your wisdom into action and in your daily life to do whatever is being asked for. When you feel restless you can rely on that another transformation process is at hand. Do not be too serious about this and overly motivated, that blocks the flow. Create space for pleasure, joy and laughter and chuckle at your own seriousness! Humor brings balance and assists in allowing changes to flow through your work, health, home residence etc. Just trust! Feel how everything is flowing again when you can laugh. From this lightness, you can organise your life.

Relating to your inner guidance, along with your intuition and inner knowing, you can experience your Essence. Your intuition is your true security. From this connection, you can meet fears and uncertainties with Love. Embrace life in all its facets and dare to feel what you feel. Do not reason with your feelings because then you invalidate their value. Just be the sensitive person that you are. Your feelings have a pure empowerment and help you in the transformation process to fully be completed. When you remain by yourself, you will be protected when you connect with others and it will also take care that no other energy outside of you will come in. Planet Mars

Mars is about the expression of the will, the motives, about activity, entrepreneurial spirit, energy and desire: The will to get something. In love this means the conquest, the libido and the lust. Only when the (practical) circumstances and the will are in agreement, the expression of Mars gets the opportunity to express itself. If, for example, there is a situation of bondage in one of them, this may block the expression of the function of Mars.

The will is then focused on the existing relationship and thus the mutual attraction in this new contact (Venus) does not get a chance to develop further into a fiery romance.

However, if both partners are open to a new relationship, the action of Mars is aimed at each other and the loving romantic period of the relationship begins.

Mars is an energy that is directed purely from the ego, it only wants to express that outwardly directed energy and does not think about what the other wants or feels. Mars is the male tinted side of love. If you want to have something, you will have to do something, if you are engaged, you will have to conquer, decorate, court. Then this function is used positively. If you use Mars too weakly or do not dare to do so at all, it will work negatively and as a result the thing you want will be taken away by someone else. But a negative working Mars can also express itself differently: When you start by taking away what you do not belong to, the result is also negative: you meet battle and quarrel or there are accidents.

Planet Saturn

The boundaries or limitations always exist in a relationship, either in the one or in the other or in the total situation. It means that the loving period now has the chance to change into true sustainable love. Saturn is about being able to accept those limits or limitations, recognizing that there are certain responsibilities and duties. Saturn thus brings that concrete reality of life and life lessons to the fore. It is about the status quo, being in love changes into true love and a durable bond when both partners feel sufficient commitment to each other and take the way of taking responsibility for yourself and the other between both partners properly. Saturn usually heralds the start of formalizing the relationship. They live together or marry, buy a house together and think about having children, etc.

If at the level of Saturn the relationship does not work well, the perceived limits and limitations become too heavy, they turn into obstacles and blockades, people get frustrated and feel too bound. The transition from love to love is then difficult or does not take place at all and one disassociates.

Saturn is also the power of the circumstances and the fears (the shadow side). If for fear of losing something, such as the certainties of house, profession, support and material things, stay together, or out of a sense of responsibility for the children, the function of Saturn will be underground for a time. and at the latest after approx. 7 years clarity about the non-sustainable nature of the connection.

After about 7 years (the first hard confrontational phase from the Saturn cycle) the relationship becomes too heavy to sustain and leaves each other. When a relationship is stranded at Saturn level, it is often a difficult period of time to bother and hurt each other, think about solutions, relationship therapy etc.

When Saturn works in a positive way in the relationship, one learns from the experiences and life lessons, and is open to change. These changes herald the next phase in the development of the relationship.

Planet Uranus

Uranus as a psychological function for mankind means both collective and individual strength. One must respect each other individuality and growth potential. There must also be room within the relationship for that expression and innovative power. In addition, Uranus is also about opening the small circle of two people in their relationship to the outside world. Social contacts, friends, group life and all kinds of emancipation play a role in this. Uranus works suddenly and unpredictably. They are the flashes of ideas and revolutionary expressions that break open the status quo from the previous Saturn phase, allowing for further growth.

If one resists this, for fear of losing something, one stays in a negative Saturn phase, but will eventually end up short, unpredictable things happen that finally end the relationship and usually completely unexpectedly. If one does not use the Uranus energy in the relationship in a positive way, chances are that the partner expresses this in a caricatural way. Then you see what happens in the psychology projection of repressed expression: The partner will behave irresponsibly, afford unprecedented liberties, is unpredictable, an ego-tripper who behaves antisocial. When suddenly that truth emerges in a relationship, or the one leaves via the northerly sun and people never see each other again, this is typically an Uranus way of ending a relationship.

Planet Neptune

As a neutral psychological (collective) principle, it contains the receptivity, sensitivity, empathy, fantasy and dream world. On the positive side of the spectrum Neptune works in the form of ideals, inspiration, vision and imagination; the refining and purifying principle that in love may be eroticised.

From the neutral position the expression of Neptune slides through influencing and letting go to sacrifice, illusions, cravings, disappointments, deceit, addiction, undermining or escaping. This series of meanings shows that Neptune in its essence is quite elusive.

When a relationship at Neptune level works well, one can inspire each other and cherish the pair of ideals that can also be (partly) realized in the future and one can sacrifice something for each other or let go of unrealistic ideas or fantasies from the past.

When the relationship suffers from a negative working Neptune, there is dishonesty, the openness to each other is gone, they play each other something or live in the illusion that the other in the long run does change and they accept disappointments and sacrifices something or itself so much that health can also be undermined.

Planet Pluto

Positive core words are assertive, intensity, protective, merging, passion, magnetism. It is the principle of power, control, mastery, death, endings, revival, penetration, sexuality. The shadow/learning is manipulation, abuse of power, destruction, violence, fascination, oppression, obsession.

Pluto controls the unconscious primal forces: Magically magnetic and penetrating principles that can both protect and destroy, which show fusion in both intensive and passionate ways, as well as the obsession and fascination for destruction, violence and manipulation, of the penetration of integrity of the other, as well as the protective power that a person should control himself or protect others. Pluto has a deep transformative function that brings out all from the bottom pit, which touches or eradicates, ends, destroys and even kills. If you carry the Galactic signature of a Core day and night, you are given the clarity to overlook life from an elevated point of view. You know how to focus – you may accomplish whatever lies before you.

The secret is dwelling into the Now – diving deep into THIS very moment. It is experiencing the vertical dimension of potentially infinite depth in the Now, versus the experience of linear time as infinite string of shallow moments generating the illusion of what we call time.

Tasting the Now in all its intensity opens our senses. Our very same life becomes more colorful, tasteful and rich. In fact – whole existence is already blissful – just we are not, due to our egos. It is very important to understand that we are much more than just a person, a name with a story.

There is a reason why the Lizard is the totem animal for this month. According to a Mexican story the sun has ever disappeared for seven days and nights. All the people and animals were anxious and waiting for its return, but it was in vain. The sun did not return. Than various animals decided to search for the sun. They searched in rivers, in lakes, in forests and even in the crater of the volcano but unfortunately, they did not find the sun. Everyone decided to stop searching accept the small green lizard. She remained searching and ultimately found the sun sleeping under a stone. So, it was the lizard that brought the light into the world. Therefore, the Lizard is the totem of this darkest period of the year. Lizard is well known with the knowledge of cycles. Lizard can regenerate that what was lost. The khuyas energy stones, are stones used by a line of Andean shaman, who work with ñawis (chakras) and the energy structure called chumpi (power strips).

Every Ñawi and chumpi has an assigned corresponding energy stone, which are distinguished by their shape (for example, the number of sides, two three or four) or recorded or containing drawings, the total number of khuyas is usually five, seven or nine.

The ideal material from which they are made is red or black hematite ore, having high strength and magnetic properties such as glass and magnetism at the same time, they can be found in soapstone and alabaster (Huamanga Stone), which was easier to work with.

The khuyas are used to open ñawis (ñawi kichay), and to extract the savings (designed energy), and then close them; and to weave chumpis (chumpi away), i.e. fill the cracks and strengthen our energy body (poqpo) to create an energy envelope (walthay) that conveniently protect us.

Before using the stones for any purpose they must be cleaned, in the Andean world the stones have identity, vitality and energy and therefore deserve attention and even intangible affection. In this regard the khuyas stones come alive; there are ways to purify them.

For example:

* Let them stand in the light of the full moon, to clean and to recharge them with energy (Sami energy).

* Allow drops of tap water, from the bath or shower.

* Leave cardboard wrapped in letter or in the refrigerator overnight, the cold has a purifying power.

* Let the stones stand at dawn (at sunrise), for an hour.

While this is being done, you can meditate and visualize different ways of channeling the energy that falls on the stones, accepting the Sami energy (pure energy) as an everyday routine.

For those familiar with the practice of reiki, which is meditation and guided visualizations, there is a psychic form that can be applied to the stones, when you have cleaned them and in a meditational position, the stones are held with both hands, and then visualize the above techniques in a mental and energetic way, this method is only possible if the stones have been previously purified by their owner, physically discharging any gravitational force that they may contain.

If we work with an Andean table or (misha) or other power objects, stones are efficient channels for transmitting refined energy, you can even charge other stones for massage or energy work once our khuyas are operational.

The khuyas are only interested in their owner, and the combined affect he receives, in this regard and is not recommended to use the khuyas outside.

Chumpi stones (sometimes called Apu Stones) are healing stones from the Peruvian Andes. These stones are worked with for clearing the energy centers, protective work, and grounding work.

“Chumpi” is a Quechua word that means “belt”. This refers to the stones use in administering what is called “The Bands of Power” ceremony. The Bands of Power are protective rings or fields of energy that surround a person. They are each linked to an energy center and act to seal a person’s energy field and ward off harmful energies that would normally find their way through our natural energetic defenses.

The word “Apu” is the Quechua word for “mountain” and refers to the stones’ link to the Sacred Mountains. Each stone is linked to a Sacred Mountain and carries the energy of that mountain with it. When the Chumpi Stones are placed upon a person we can wake up the energy of the mountains as well, which enables a person to ground and anchor themselves within their own power. They are then able to sit within themself “as a mountain sits”… firm, strong, and self-empowered.

The Chumpi Stones are also worked with to open, clear, and empower a person’s energy centers. Just as our physical body has different organs that maintain different life functions, our energetic body has energy centers (sometimes called chakras) which also maintain different life functions- but on an energetic level. Sometimes these energy centers become blocked, closed, or weakened. The Chumpis can draw out dense energy and blockages as well as open them and balance their flow.

The Chumpi Stones that we work with in our practice come from the Sacred Valley region of the Cusco Peruvian Andes. They are made of Marble- Like stone and were hand carved by the shamans from that region. These Chumpis were also blessed to us by a Q’ero (traditional Andean shaman). They are powerful tools for healing.

Wednesday, June 21 and Thursday, June 22 – Journey within the Amazon Jungle in Peru

Personal notes:

We travelled to another lodge in the Amazon Jungle which was less luxurious although the adventure was a different journey altogether. The Amazon Research Center plus the guides was something that will stay in my remembrance. Every area that we went through had a different kind of energy like a portal way or some would also call it a passageway that Mother Nature created for us.

On one of the last walks the women group was left on their own at a certain point because we were supposed to meet up with everyone. It was amazing how we all collaborated together and formed a circle to connect with All. One of the activities we did was to connect our hearts together, singing a song for Mother Earth and than the imaginative story telling occurred. Allowing from the word the woman before you had spoken to continue the story onwards. After awhile two guides came to bring us back to the lodge.

Twice canoes were set along the river to paddle. The last time we all went on a lake for the sunset. The tranquil energies were breathtaking and certainly here spirit were with all of us.

Here we went on walks in the jungle to explore the plant and animal life there.

THE AMAZON RESEARCH CENTER

In 2007 Amazonia Expeditions launched its new Tahuayo River Amazon Research Center (TRARC), a long-term conservation initiative undertaken in consultation with government offices in Iquitos (Loreto, Peru), Yale University’s School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the Chicago Botanic Garden. Tahuayo River villages’ Comite de Gestion approved the undertaking at its May 2007 meeting in return for the facility’s sharing of project findings with the region’s indigenous villages.

The Research Center initiative was developed to promote new collaborative projects in conservation biology, environmental studies, cultural anthropology, and more in the Area de Conservacion Regional Comunal de Tamshiyacu-Tahuayo (ACRCTT). Auxiliary support is provided by TRARC projects that bear particular promise toward helping promote sustainable developments among ribereños culture in this large and precious portion of western Amazonia. Work with our scientific board members, for example, will augment villagers’ knowledge of their rainforest plants, while progressively illuminating the spectacularly diverse plant communities of ACRCTT for modern science.

Primate Research

Current research on primates is helping to safeguard the Tamshiyacu-Tahuayo’s spectacular primate fauna: 16 species representing every South American primate family and spanning the continent’s range of body size. Recent observations suggest that the new approaches to conservation at ACRCTT will be important for area primates. Primate census of the trail grid was initiated in 2007 and continues to the present time. Students and tourists can choose to assist in the census or in habituation of particular social groups of each of six large-bodied species of monkeys.

This work is occurring on a research trail grid located behind the Research Center Lodge. During all-day follows of particular social groups, volunteers’ work includes progressively more systematic and detailed records of data for contribution to cumulative primate databases.
The trail grid behind the research center lodge covers 55 miles (+70 km) spread over more than 1000 acres (2200 hec). It is the largest trail system offered in the Amazon. It is the best hike known in the Amazon for viewing primates in their natural environment. Twelve species of primates have significant populations on the grid. Other mammals living on the grid include: coati, tamandua, giant anteater, tapir, peccary (2 species), deer (2 species), ocelot, jaguar, paca, agouti, agouchi, armadillo, pygmy tree squirrel, Amazon tree squirrel, opossum (many species), rat (many species), sloth (2 species), kinkajou, tayra, and bat (approx 70 species).

Friday, June 23 – NEW MOON – travelling back to Iquitos. Overnight in Iquitos.

Personal notes:

A beautiful speed boat ride to Iquitos and the Head Quarters of Amazonia Explorations. Our luggage was unloaded and we were treated with a ice cream. The bus took us to the Hotel and the busy streets of Iquitos. In the evening the 3 of us went to look for a supermarket to buy some treats for on our way back. We also had some dinner there as well.

Personal notes:

Returning to Lima to be met by Carmen and Patricia. There was still some time in between so by bus we once again went into Lima which was quite busy seeing that the locals had extra days off. Unfortunately, we only had some time to have a wonderful lunch in the restaurant together. It is amazing how restaurants are started in homes. This restaurant was certainly one to remember. In various rooms of the building you could sit down to have a meal. The toilet was the bathroom of the building with a bath available as well. After this lovely lunch we went back to the Lima Airport for the night flight to Paris. Three other members of the group flew via Madrid.

Sunday, June 25 – Flight Paris to Amsterdam.

The stopover took about 4 hours and the Airport in Paris was quite comfortable. Had a French sandwich and roamed around the Airport. Arriving in Amsterdam – daughter Jessica came to meet me to drive me back to Heerhugowaard, The Netherlands. Deepest Gratitude to All and Spirit for allowing us to explore the radiance of Peru.
