1. Breathing

Now breathe deeply within the Divine Heart Soul Essence as you allow and surrender via the Spirit Breath to release that which no longer serves the Now.

 Let the Divine Love Soul Essence expand and expand going deeper and deeper into the Sphere of Love Light the KUXAN SUUM grounding and anchoring this in the Planetary Circuit and the Solar Circuit as it flows to Mother Earth, her Nature and her dwellers.

2. Open to connect with the Crystal Skull or Crystal that you have placed on your Heart Center facing the East.

 Allow and surrender to the flow whilst the Sacred Sound of the Crystal Singing Bowls and Tibetan Singing Bowls resonates.

3. Prayer in Concert Circle as One and the Same with the Crystal Elders and Ancient Ones for the deepest Gratitude, Grace and Love Light of Gaia Mother Earth
